Okay so if you have ever wanted to run faster than normal and you are not sure how to get yourself motivated, well I have the answer! RUN MAD!
Sometimes we all get a little ticked off at something or someone and can't help but to be "mad" for a bit. No, not my husband! He is safe!
Tonight when I ran I was feeling extremely hurt and MAD!
But I ran my butt of and ran FAST! It's always best to run when you need to blow off some steam. Now I gotta get rid of the steam because it's still there. :)
