Just got back from a two mile run for speed work. This means I have added a day of running. I'm finally following the training plan!!
I ran faster than I have EVER run in my life! I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!
In Jesus name, THIS GIRL IS BACK! I'm claiming it!
