I must say that it was incredible to run with NO water attached to me! That's what you can do when it's seventy degrees outside! Woo! I'm free! Oh my gosh, it was an incredible 4.5 miles!!!
Thank you Lord for cool weather!!!! And thank you for the COWBOYS! Gotta go watch the game!

Okay...so I follow your blog, and am so inspired by your honest perspective on life! I especially love your running blog. I wanted to tell you that tonight I re-connected with a friend from high school that I only knew casually. She is a strong Christian, we grew up in the same youth group, etc.. Anyway, tonight she just emailed me to see if I would want to start running with her! I have been praying for a running partner, (and am also too scared to ask anyone myself). I just remembered that you said you had also prayed for a running partner and God had answered. I just know that so many other areas of my life are directly related to my "athletic side". I used to be a great athlete, but then I had four kids, excuse, excuse, excuse!!! I wanted to say "Thanks" for sharing your journey...I have appreciated your words of wisdom! :)
