My Training Program

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction for gear, shoes, training, etc! I really appreciate your input!

I wanted to share my training program with you guys. I am following the Hal Higdon program for novices. Here it is:

MONDAY: Yoga at home (for stretching & flexibility)
TUESDAY: Run
WEDNESDAY: Cardio Kickboxing (for strength & cross training)
THURSDAY: Run
FRIDAY: Rest
SATURDAY: Body Sculpting class (for strength & cross training)
SUNDAY: Run

What do you think? Too hard? Too easy? Just right? Any tweaks?
